Yao Ming

Yao Ming, born in 1967, holds a Ph.D. in Art from Kyushu Sangyo University, Japan. He is Chairman of the Japan-China International Exchange Center (NPO, Japan) and President of the Japan Branch of the Global Artists Alliance.

Awards: Recipient of the Minister for Foreign Affairs Award (Japan), the Minister of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology Award (Japan), and the Award from the Embassy of the People’s Republic of China in Japan, among others.

Collections: His works are housed in the Overseas Chinese Museum (China), the Art Museum of Guangzhou Academy of Fine Arts, the Guilin Art Museum, and the Kyushu Sangyo University Art Museum (Japan).
