Foo Yong Kong

Dr. Foo Yong Kong is a distinguished artist and calligrapher in the international art community. He earned his PhD in Fine Arts from American University, specializing in oil painting and Oriental calligraphy. Between 1972 and 1985, he traveled extensively across Asia and Europe, gaining artistic experience while holding multiple solo exhibitions. With a career spanning over 60 years, he has received numerous prestigious awards both nationally and internationally.

He currently serves as President of the Malaysia International Modern Calligraphy and Painting Association, Executive Director of the Overseas Artists Association, Vice President of the ASEAN–China Calligraphy and Painting Association, and Art Advisor of the Asia Artists Association.
