“The Charms of Beijing International Art Exchange Exhibition & the 2nd Art Exhibition of the Southeast and South Asia Chapter of the Western Returned Scholars Association” is co-hosted by the Asia Artists Association and the Southeast and South Asia Subcommittee of the Western Returned Scholars Association. It serves as a significant platform for cultural diplomacy through art.

The exhibition aims to deepen artistic exchange and cooperation with Southeast Asian countries, especially Malaysia, by fostering a network for returned overseas artists, enriching their cultural life, enhancing artistic appreciation, and promoting mutual learning between Chinese and global civilizations.

Held at the Beijing Center for Blanc de Chine-Dehua Porcelain, the event showcases the harmony between Dehua porcelain and traditional Chinese painting and calligraphy, highlighting the elegance of Chinese aesthetics. It also supports the internationalization of Dehua porcelain, expanding its reach to Southeast Asia and beyond, while contributing to regional economic development.

As a universal language, art transcends borders and connects hearts. Beijing, renowned for its rich cultural heritage, brings The Charms of Beijing to a global stage through this exhibition. By combining exhibitions, live painting sessions, and diverse artistic expressions with international elements, the event breathes new life into traditional culture and fosters deeper cultural exchange between China and the world.
