Chen Kai Sen

Born in 1968 in Yunlin, Taiwan, he is currently the artistic director of Kaisen Art Center, the design director of Zhongwei Advertising Enterprise Co., Ltd., the creative director of Xiangyang Cultural and Creative International Business Co., Ltd., the chairman of the Chinese Cultural and Creative Industry Association, the chairman of the Taoyuan International Youth Business Association, and the head of the Taiwan branch of the Asia Artists Association, Malaysia.
